Veselība, labklājība un demogrāfiskās pārmaiņas
Sabiedrības novecošanās, ar to saistītā veselības aprūpes izmaksu eksplozija ir vislielākais izaicinājums Eiropas sabiedrībai. Eiropas inovāciju partnerības „Aktīva un veselīga novecošanās” mērķis ir par diviem palielināt veselīgi nodzīvoto gadu (HALE) skaitu par diviem laika periodā līdz 2020. gadam. Tas veicinās sociālās nodrošināšanas un veselības aprūpes sistēmu ilgtspēju.PHC – personalizētā veselības aprūpe – darbības virzieni:
- 1. Izpratne par veselību, novecošanos un slimībām
- 2. Efektīva veselības veicināšana, slimību prevencija, gatavība epidēmijām un skrīnings
- 3. Uzlabota diagnostika
- 4. Inovatīvās terapijas metodes un tehnoloģijas
- 5. Atbalsts aktīvam un veselīgam novecošanās procesam
- 6. Integrēta, ilgtspējīga, uz pacientu vērsta veselības aprūpe
- 7. Veselības informācijas uzlabojumi, datu lietojumi, pierādījumu bāze veselības aprūpes politikai un reglamentācija (e-veselība)
5., 6., 7. darbības būtiski vērsts uz veselības un IKT tehnoloģiju integrāciju
HCO – koordinācijas aktivitātes
Tematika orientēta uz publiskā sektora institūcijām, vadlīniju izstrādi, dalībvalstu sadarbības veicināšanu.
185. un 187. panta iniciatīvas
Veselības jomā būtiska loma piešķirta 187. panta Inovatīvo medikamentu iniciatīvai. H2020 finansēs otro posmu – t.s. IMI-2
Veselības jomā aktīvas trīs 185. panta iniciatīvas: EDCTP (infekcijas slimības), AAL (automatizēta vide veselīgas novecošanās atbalstam), EMPIR (metroloģija)
